Homey and comfy stay!

We booked this room for its location - Makati area. It didnt disappoint but during rush hour we couldnt book any Grab cars (around 6pm- onwards) to go for dinner. There's a small mall near to it but a few restaurants to choose from. Food & parcel deliveries are also ok. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is better than we expected. Have indoor & outdoor seating area (mainly if you smoke) Booked 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space around with living room area. They also provide a jug of water. It took us around 25-30 mins from the airport to get here (morning & no traffic) We arrived before checkin time & room wasnt available yet so we just left our luggage.

People are sleeping in the lobby area (I have no idea if they were waiting for their friends or what or if they were inhouse guests)

Exceptional

Great view and space in the hotel made it comfortable.

We were advised at check that we still had y pay more for the booking as they mis-calculated the fees on the check even after we asked if there was any tree to pay they said no. Advise management to train their staff well to prevent this tapping again. Other than that the stay was great

I often stay here. It’s clean and convenient

Good breakfast

Poor tv service with few interesting channels if you stay in. Washing machines are not grounded so you can get a shock, the grounding wires are still coiled up on the back unused. Variable music at breakfast is sometimes too loud and unsuitable.

A nice base for staying comfortably in Manila.

The room was big, modern and clean and we like having the washing facilities as we travel while in country so come back with dirty clothes. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is good. The salad bar and coffee was exceptional this stay.

The breakfast music choice on the terrace sometimes seems to be chosen by a younger staff member. Last visit we had mellow café type jazz which was good but this time we had louder rap and dance which wasn’t suitable for the occasion. I also don’t like being asked for payment up front policy for expenses. The hotel has my full details on file so why do this. It feels like I’m not trusted and something I’d expect at a cheap hotel. The drinks are also a little pricey at 2 - 3 times local bar prices.

Superb

Breakfast was very good. Location ok. Scenery outside was very city like. Not real pleasant to look at. Staff was very exceptional and very helpful.

Looking out windows, was the busy part of the city.not much to look at except heavy traffic.

It was still a good weekend stay as we were upgraded to a better room.

This serviced apartment/hotel is in good location if you chose to be in Makati area. Staffs are friendly & fast in checking in. Breakfast buffet is good.

I just noticed the double bed in our room is a bit noisy & when my children lie down while I was in bed, you can feel the whole bed moving.

Seda residences was a great experience and will definitely stay here again!

Seda had a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Their staff is also always very accommodating. I stayed there when first arriving in Philippines and again on my way out. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the views are incredible. Management also left me a welcome note with fruits in my room. Thank you.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I didn't use much of the facility like the gym or pool but will definitely stay here again next time.

Excellent

Everything; fantastic and helpful staff, beautiful large accommodation, good buffet breakfast, very clean, nice pool area....everything is done to a high standard including Bose speakers in the lifts! It is in the business district but we found everything accessible within 30 minutes either walking/jeepney/bus and there are restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets close by. Mall 20 mins walk 1 straight road (walk to the fire station and you should be able to see it). Highly recommend.
